Honey Sriracha Roasted Brussel Sprouts
My husband and I love spicy foods and are always looking for ways to bring heat in the kitchen! These sprouts fit the bill by being perfectly spicy!
- Keep your veggies interesting with this honey-sriracha glaze.
- Bursting with flavor!
- A simple side dish with less than 5 minutes of prep and 5 ingredients.
- Easy enough for weeknight dinners, but elegant enough for holiday meals.

Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts: look for fresh Brussels sprouts that are firm, green, and compact. Avoid ones that are discolored, wilted, or have yellowing leaves.
- butter: I use salted butter for this recipe. If using unsalted butter, salt to taste. You can also swap the butter for olive oil or vegetable oil.
- honey: try swapping the honey for maple syrup.
- sriracha: adjust the amount to suit your preferred level of spiciness.
- garlic powder: fresh garlic has a tendency to burn at this temperature for this long, so garlic powder is the better choice in this case.
You will also need foil and a baking sheet.
How to Prepare Brussels Sprouts
- Slice off the bottom of the Brussels sprout
- Peel off any discolored leaves
- Slice Brussels in half if they are large.
PRO TIPS:
Ensure the Brussel sprouts are the same size for even roasting.
Make sure sprouts are dried before tossing in sauce so they sprouts roast instead of steam.

How to Make Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
- Roast Brussels sprouts in butter and garlic powder.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with honey-sriracha glaze.
- Roast until caramelized and crispy.
Note: Because of the honey, the sauce tends to burn onto the pan. I highly recommend the foil to make clean-up a breeze.
