Ingredients

This peanut butter yogurt dip recipe is made without cream cheese for a simple, healthy option.

  • Yogurt: I like to use a full-fat plain Greek yogurt. It is the healthiest option and once it all comes together you can’t tell! You can also use vanilla yogurt if you prefer. I do recommend a Greek yogurt for the best results.
  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey: You can add more or less to your desired sweetness.

Variations: Stir in a ¼ teaspoon cinnamon for a fall inspired dip. Swirl in some mini chocolate chips or chopped up peanut butter cups for a treat.

Dippers:

  • Fruit: Apples are my favorite dipper for this dip, but any fruit such as bananas, strawberries, or grapes pair well.
  • Pretzels or Crackers: These provide a nice salty contrast to the sweet dip.
  • Sweets: Teddy Grahams, graham crackers, or Oreo cookies are delicious in this dip.
  • Vegetable Sticks: If you prefer a savory side, celery sticks are a great option.

How to Make Peanut Butter Dip

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

That’s it!

Ayla’s Pro Tip! If planning on serving with apples, soak the apples in lightly salted water for a few minutes. This will prevent them from browning.

  1. Made, loved, obsessed! My kids just eat it straight with a spoon but I love dipping my fruit in it for a snack!5 stars

    1. I haven’t tried it so I can’t say for sure, but I’m sure it would work just fine. I would add ¼ cup and then adjust to taste. If you try it I would love to hear how it turns out!
