1poundBrussels sproutstrimmed and cut in half if large
2tablespoonsmelted butter
½teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonshoney
1½tablespoonssriracha
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a medium bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with melted butter and garlic powder.
Roast for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix honey and sriracha together.
Remove Brussels from oven, drizzle honey sriracha over the Brussels and toss on the pan to combine. Bake for another 5 minutes until crisp and fork-tender.
Notes
Microwave the honey for 10 seconds to make it easier to whisk with sriracha.
