Raspberry Fluff Jello Salad
Growing up we always had a large family gathering for Christmas potluck style. And every year my Auntie would bring this raspberry fluff salad until she was bringing it just because she knew it was my favorite. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, but not too sweet and creamy and bursting with raspberry flavor. One bite and you will understand why it was my favorite.

Ingredients
- Jello powder: Raspberry jello powder is the base of this recipe, but if you can’t find it another flavor like strawberry will work too.
- Sugar
- Frozen Raspberries
- Whipping Cream: Swap for whipped topping if you prefer.
- Mini Marshmallows
How to Make Raspberry Fluff Salad
- Dissolve jello powder and sugar in boiling water.
- Stir in raspberries and chill until beginning to thicken.
- Whip whipped cream and stir into raspberry mixture.
- Add marshmallows and enjoy chilled!

Raspberry Fluff Salad
Equipment
- mixing bowls
- hand mixer
Ingredients
- 1 box raspberry Jello powder
- ¾ cup boiling water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve jello powder in boiling water. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Stir in raspberries.
- Chill until syrupy stirring once or twice.
- In a separate medium bowl, whip cream until stiff. Fold into thickened jelly.
- Fold in marshmallows and chill until serving.
