I tried the recipe and this is Delicious!!! I was really surprised at the consistency and flavor!!! It reminds me of a tapioca texture but I imagine one could blend it as well, maybe? Very versatile too!!! Add your favorite toppings. I added banana slices and crumbled graham crackers with a spoon of cool whip topping.
