  1. Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix ingredients. Separately whisk the wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined—don’t overmix!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉. Prepare a mini muffin pan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
