mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉. Prepare a mini muffin pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir in sugar and brown sugar and mix until well combined.
Stir dry ingredients into wet and mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into the muffin tins filling each cup about ⅔ of the way.
Bake muffins for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
