I love adding spinach to a smoothie as a way to sneak some greens into my day. The bonus is my toddler loves this as much as I do!

- Banana: A ripe banana provides natural sweetness and creaminess to the smoothie.

How to Meal Prep Green Smoothies
Green smoothies can be prepped for the week by adding all ingredients to a freezer safe bag except the liquid.
- Slice bananas. Add sliced bananas, pineapple, and fresh spinach to a freezer bag.
- Freeze.
- When ready for your green smoothie, had freezer bag contents to blender with milk and greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
