Ingredients
- Broccoli: Look for crisp broccoli crowns that are green in color.
- Olive Oil
- Lemon: Fresh lemon zest and juice add a bright, tangy flavor to the roasted broccoli.
- Garlic: I think there can never be enough garlic. Start with 2 cloves and adjust to your liking.
- Parmesan Cheese: Grated Parmesan cheese is sprinkled over the roasted broccoli for a salty, nutty flavor.
- Variations: Experiment with different seasonings such as red pepper flakes or drizzle balsamic glaze over the broccoli. Add some nuts such as pine nuts or sliced almonds for some crunch. Add other veggies like carrots, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts for a roasted vegetable mix.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.

- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the broccoli for 18-22 minutes or until browned and crisp.
