Ingredients
- Ricotta Cheese: Use whole-milk ricotta for the creamiest texture. Low-fat ricotta can be grainy and less rich.
- Olive Oil
- Lemon: Divide the lemon. The juice goes in the ricotta mixture and the zest is for topping!
- Salt
- Honey: I love the balance of sweet with the savory ricotta, but feel free to leave it off if you prefer.
- Herbs: Fresh herbs (like thyme, basil, or chives) add a burst of freshness and aroma but are optional.
You will also need a food processor.
