Instructions
In a food processor blend the ricotta, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth and fluffy (about 1-2 minutes).
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle with lemon zest and chopped fresh herbs and serve with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
