Strawberry Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe
Smoothies are a big hit in our household. My son loves to make them and drink them. And I love that it’s an easy way to get some nutrition in him. I’m always looking for new varieties and this one has been a big hit!
- Use frozen fruit for ease (and cost savings!)
- Meal prep these ahead by measuring out the fruit and popping it into the blender in the morning, just add 1 cup of liquid!
- Easy to customize to your own preference.
Ingredients
This smoothie uses simple, nutritious ingredients.
- Strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries.
- Mango: Use fresh or frozen mango. Swap in peaches if you have them on hand.
- Banana
- Milk: Any milk will work here. Use dairy milk or your favorite non-dairy milk such as coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk.
- Orange Juice: Using orange juice will make this taste more like a tropical smoothie. To get more strawberry mango flavor, I recommend using all milk.
Variations: To make this smoothie even more tropical you can add in some frozen pineapple. Add in some Greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess. For an extra health kick, blend in a teaspoon of chia seeds, flaxseed, or a handful of spinach.
You will also need a blender.
How to Make a Strawberry Mango Smoothie
