I am constantly on the lookout for healthy snacks (especially as a nursing mama!) and this peanut butter apple dip hits the spot. It satisfies the sweet tooth while still being healthy and satiating.
- 3 simple ingredients
- Takes less than 5 minutes to make
- This snack is filled with protein and healthy fats
- Very kid-friendly, my toddler loves it!

Ingredients
This peanut butter yogurt dip recipe is made without cream cheese for a simple, healthy option.
- Yogurt: I like to use a full-fat plain Greek yogurt. It is the healthiest option and once it all comes together you can’t tell! You can also use vanilla yogurt if you prefer. I do recommend a Greek yogurt for the best results.
- Peanut Butter
- Honey: You can add more or less to your desired sweetness.
Variations: Stir in a 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for a fall inspired dip. Swirl in some mini chocolate chips or chopped up peanut butter cups for a treat.
Dippers:
- Fruit: Apples are my favorite dipper for this dip, but any fruit such as bananas, strawberries, or grapes pair well.
- Pretzels or Crackers: These provide a nice salty contrast to the sweet dip.
- Sweets: Teddy Grahams, graham crackers, or Oreo cookies are delicious in this dip.
- Vegetable Sticks: If you prefer a savory side, celery sticks are a great option.

How to Make Peanut Butter Dip
- Stir all ingredients together.
That’s it!
Ayla’s Pro Tip! If planning on serving with apples, soak the apples in lightly salted water for a few minutes. This will prevent them from browning.
