Ingredients
I am a sucker for sweetened condensed milk, so naturally these easy 3 ingredient coconut macaroons with condensed milk are a favorite of mine! I tried to make these the easy way I’ve seen with the entire can of sweetened condensed milk with the entire bag of sweetened coconut, but they were just too liquidy. So unfortunately you will use just shy of a can, but the good news is the little bit leftover is excellent in iced coffee 😉
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: This is the key ingredient to these cookies. It binds and sticks with the coconut and makes them ooey gooey.
- Coconut: Use sweetened shredded coconut.
- Vanilla
Optional: You can dip these cookies in chocolate once they’ve set or drizzle melted chocolate for a show stopping cookie!
