Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk from the can.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
Drop heaping tablespoon mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
