pears

rolled oats

chopped pecans

brown sugar

cold butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, arrange the pears cut side up.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, pecans, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Using a fork or pastry cutter, mix until combined and crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture among the pears.
Bake until the pears are tender and the topping is brown and crisp, 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
If you are finding the pears tipping over a lot when trying to add crumble topping, you can cut a little piece off the bottom to make it flat.
