½cupshredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender, cut the butter into the mixture until it is crumbly. Add pecans and coconut and combine well.
Peel and slice the apples. Toss with sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
Evenly spread apples in a 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan, then sprinkle with the topping mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
