A rosemary grapefruit mocktail is a refreshing, delicious, and pretty drink.

The bitter citrus flavor of the grapefruit juice, the woodsy note from the rosemary and sweetness from the simple syrup, and bubbly soda come together perfectly in a simple yet elegant drink.

A Delicious Mocktail

When I was pregnant and not quite ready to share the news, this pretty mocktail was my drink of choice! It was delicious enough that I did not feel like I was missing out.

  • Only 3 simple ingredients in this yummy drink
  • The pretty pink color is a showstopper!
  • Can easily be turned into a cocktail by adding your favorite spirit

Ingredients

  • grapefruit juice – the bitter flavor of grapefruit goes so well with the rosemary. Try substituting lemonade for a twist.
  • rosemary simple syrup – this easy to make flavored simple syrup really elevates think drink. With just sugar, water, and rosemary you can easily make your own to keep on hand!
  • soda – add some bubbles to this mocktail by adding some soda. I love a bubbly drink and the plain soda helps balance out the rosemary simple syrup.

Tip! To turn this into a cocktail, add your favorite alcohol. Gin and vodka go particularly well in this drink. Or replace the soda with prosecco!
