Instructions
Froth milk.
While the milk is frothing, stir together espresso and peppermint simple syrup.
Pour frothed milk over espresso. Enjoy!
Notes
No milk frother? Heat milk on the stovetop on low until desired temperature. To make peppermint simple syrup, add one cup of water and one cup of sugar on the stove and heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add one teaspoon peppermint extract.
