spaghetti

sesame oil

grated

garlic
minced

carrots
shredded

broccoli
cut into bite size pieces
crushed peanuts, green onions, and cilantro
for garnish
Peanut Sauce
½
cup
vegetable broth

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoons
creamy peanut butter

tablespoon
brown sugar

tablespoon
lime juice
½
tablespoon
sesame oil

teaspoon
sriracha
or to taste
Instructions
Cook spaghetti to al dente. Drain well, do not rinse.
Meanwhile, mix together all sauce. ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, 2-3 minutes.
Add carrots and broccoli and cook 2-3 minutes or until slightly tender. Add peanut sauce to pan and simmer until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.
Add spaghetti noodles and stir until coated.
Dish up noodles and garnish with crushed peanuts, green onions, and cilantro.
