baby potatoes

cup
shredded parmesan cheese

cup
melted unsalted butter

tablespoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoon
garlic powder
salt
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
In a large pot, add the baby potatoes to cold water.
Bring potatoes to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.
In the meantime, in a medium bowl mix Parmesan, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Toss the boiled potatoes with the garlic butter mixture.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Take a glass and gently press each one.
Drizzle any remaining butter mixture from bowl onto tops of potatoes so they are well coated.
Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
Notes
The thinner you press the potatoes, the crispier they will be.
