Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a large microwave safe bowl, heat mini marshmallows and butter on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave, stir in vanilla, and mix until smooth.
Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
Using a lightly greased spatula, press into prepared pan and cool completely.
