quinoa

pecans

pumpkin seeds

pumpkin pie spice

salt

maple syrup

olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 F. Prepare baking sheet with a layer of parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, quinoa, pecans, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Add maple syrup and oil. Stir until well combined.
Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool before gently lifting (to keep chunks together) in an airtight container for storage.
Notes
If you prefer a looser granola, stir halfway through baking.
Each serving is 1/4 cup.
