Mango balls are a naturally sweet, no-bake snack made with fresh mango, oats, dates, and coconut, perfect for a healthy energy boost.

shredded coconut
plus extra for rolling

pitted dates
Instructions
Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them. Drain well.
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and roll them into bite-sized balls with your hands.
Roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut to coat.
Place the mango coconut balls in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
If the mixture seems too wet, add more oats. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of warm water.
