Ingredients

tablespoon
dried lavender flowers

sugar

water
Instructions
In a small bowl mix dried lavender flowers and sugar. Rub lavender with sugar with your fingers.
In a medium saucepan, add sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Allow to boil for one minute stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and steep for minimum 30 minutes.
Strain lavender from simple syrup with a fine mesh strainer.
Notes
Ensure lavender is culinary lavender.
Each serving is 1 tablespoon.
