Ingredients
8cupstorn kalestems removed
¼cupolive oilplus additional drizzle
2tablespoonsfinely grated parmesan cheese
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1clovegarlic
1lemonjuiced
salt & pepperto taste
Instructions
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the 8 cups of torn kale and massage into kale.
In a mason jar, combine olive oil, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic and lemon juice. Shake until well combined. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
