Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Add diced jalapenos, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and mix well.
Spread into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine Panko, melted butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
