1tablespoonchia seeds
1tablespoonhoneyor maple syrup, optional
½tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add the raspberries over medium heat. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to break down.
Once the raspberries have softened, use a fork or potato masher to mash them until you reach your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, sweetener, and chia seeds.
Allow chia seed jam to sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
Notes
For a chunkier jam, mash less; for a smoother jam, mash more.
