Ingredients
1largeavocadoor 2 medium avocados
1roma tomatofinely diced
¼cupfinely diced white onion
2tablespoonsfresh cilantrochiffonaded
1smalljalapenoseeded and minced
½limejuiced
3pinchessalt

Instructions
Cut the avocado in half, remove and save the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado to the desired consistency.
Add the diced roma tomato, diced white onion, cilantro, minced jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together gently until they are combined.
Place the avocado pit back into the middle of the guacamole.
