Instructions
Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions. Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
In the meantime, blend the avocado, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until fully combined. Taste the sauce and add salt to taste.
After the pasta is cooked, toss with the avocado sauce, adding pasta water as needed.
