Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, Dijon mustard, and salt until emulsified.
Peel the citrus removing as much of the white pith as possible. Slice the fruits into rounds or segments (supremes), and set aside.
Add the arugula to a large bowl and toss with salad dressing.
Arrange the citrus slices and avocado over the greens.
