Ingredients

French bread
¼
cup
garlic butter

8 oz
soft mozzarella ball
sliced

tomatoes
sliced

cup
fresh basil
Instructions
Preheat oven broiler.
Slice French bread in half and spread garlic butter on French bread.
Put French bread under broiler in oven and toast until golden brown and butter is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
Layer tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves on the bottom piece of bread. Place the top slice of bread on top to create a sandwich.
Cut into 2-inch sections and serve immediately.
