refrigerated pizza dough
or prebaked pizza crust

cup
pizza sauce

ounces
mozzarella

cherry tomatoes
cut in half

arugula
balsamic glaze
drizzle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Roll out pizza dough into 12" circle. Top with pizza sauce and mozzarella.
Bake for 11 to 14 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven and top with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Cool for a 2-3 minutes and cut into 8 slices.
