Ingredients
4cupscubed watermelonapproximately ½ mini watermelon
1limezested and juiced
1cancoconut milk400 ml
Instructions
Cube watermelon into 1 x 1-inch cubes until you have 4 cups of cubed watermelon.
Freeze watermelon for 4 hours (or overnight).
Blend frozen watermelon, coconut milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth
Optional: Put watermelon sorbet mixture in a freezer safe container. Freeze until solid. When ready to eat, allow 20 minute to dethaw so you can scoop.
