1tablespoonchia seeds

Instructions
Chia Seed Jam
Add raspberries to sauce pan on stovetop. Heat on medium-low heat stirring frequently for five minutes. While stirring and heating raspberries, break up raspberries.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, sweetener, and chia seeds.
Allow chia seed jam to sit for 1 hour to thicken.

Toast desired bread.
Layer on peanut butter, followed by chia seed jam, and then top with sliced bananas
