Cinnamon Apples
1mediumapplepeeled, cored, and diced

Overnight Oats
1cuplarge flake oats
1cupmilk any type of milk
½cupyogurt
2tablespoonschia seeds
1-2tablespoonsmaple syrupto taste
1teaspoonvanilla
1teaspooncinnamon

Instructions
To make the cinnamon apples, add diced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt to a small saucepan. Cook covered on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, to make the overnight oats, in a large bowl, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
After 10 minutes, remove the lid and continue to cook until the liquid released from the apples evaporated, approxiamtely 2-3 minutes.
Fill each mason jar halfway. Add a layer of cinnamon apples to each jar.
Fill the mason jars with the remaining oat mixture. Top with the remaining apples.
Allow to sit at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
