Ingredients
1headcauliflower
2tablespoonsolive oil
1packettaco seasoning approximately 2 tablespoons
¼cupsour cream
½tablespoonlime juice
1½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
nacho toppings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry cauliflower thoroughly. Chop into florets.
Toss florets with olive oil and taco seasoning. Spread into an even layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, in a small bowl mix sour cream and lime juice together. Prepare desired taco toppings.
After 20 minutes push cauliflower all together on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese over top of cauliflower and bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add desired nacho toppings and drizzle lime crema over top.
