½cupvanilla Greek yogurt
1tablespoonmaple syrupor to taste, optional
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into popsicle mold.
Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen through.
Notes
Nutrition information will depend on the size of your popsicle mold and is for approximately 1/4 of the mixture. It does not include maple syrup as I often don't add it.
